Boyd Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Director, IT Infrastructure and Security to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the company's infrastructure and information security programs and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure build and management, with experience in managing IT security operations and end-user computing. They will also have a solid understanding of modern technology platforms, processes, and procedures to maintain compliance.

The Director, IT Infrastructure and Security will partner with senior leadership to strategically execute on technology requirements, solutions, and drive innovation. They will lead all IT operational initiatives to support global business goals and be responsible for driving long-term focus in providing scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience with large IT infrastructure and/or IT security projects, including next-gen firewalls, NAC solutions, SD-WAN solutions, cloud and on-premise voice solutions, collaboration tools, and more. They will also have a strong working knowledge of information security technologies, markets, and vendors.

The Director, IT Infrastructure and Security will be responsible for developing and managing the company's security technology and architecture, as well as leading information security projects across the business. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise security policies and standards, including security training and awareness programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization. They will also have experience working within a centralized/decentralized matrix business environment and be able to travel for business purposes.
