Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Direct and oversee commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary limits.
  2. Team Management: Lead and inspire roofing teams, cultivating a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
  3. Quality Control: Assess and uphold quality benchmarks, guaranteeing that all roofing installations align with or surpass industry, manufacturer, and company standards.
  4. Safety Management: Enforce rigorous safety protocols on job sites, conducting regular safety briefings and implementing necessary precautions to avert accidents or injuries.
  5. Client Relations: Foster open and clear communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Resource Management: Supervise the acquisition and effective utilization of materials and equipment, optimizing resources to enhance productivity.
  7. Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process, showcasing strong problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain precise and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and other essential records.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years in commercial roofing, with a demonstrated history of successful project oversight.
  2. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  3. Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to upholding and enforcing safety standards on job sites.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
