Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Roofing Service Superintendent to join our dynamic team at Progressive Roofing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise and motivate roofing crews, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring that all roofing installations meet or exceed industry, manufacturer, and company specifications.
  • Uphold strict safety standards on job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and implementing necessary measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the procurement and efficient use of materials and equipment, optimizing resources to maximize productivity.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and any other necessary records.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Commitment to upholding and enforcing safety standards on job sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
