Process Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Manager to join our team at HIKINEX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans for control systems at our power plants and chilling stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the Process Controls team, set performance expectations, conduct annual appraisals, and report any issues to the Assistant Director.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for utility system controls, such as those for substations, electrical distribution, and generation systems.
- Maintain and manage Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications, and SCADA controls across power plants and chilling stations.
- Advise on technological advancements to enhance operational processes and uphold the utility's mission, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to safety policies, complete required safety training, and report any safety hazards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10 years of equivalent experience in designing, implementing, and interfacing real-time control systems.
- Proficiency with Rockwell (RSView, RSLogix), Emerson (Ovation), and GE Software (GE-Cimplicity, Power Management Control System).
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, ControlNet, FieldBus, and OPC.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a current three-year driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with gas and steam turbines, industrial chillers, and related equipment.
- Experience in power plant administration, supervision, and management.
