Job Overview
We are looking to hire a skilled Seasonal Service Professional who will assess and carry out pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients using high-quality and environmentally responsible products.
$16 - $18
Full-time position
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage individual service routes.
- Access and exit buildings, crawl spaces, and rooftops.
- Address customer inquiries and pest-related concerns through integrated pest management strategies.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and other job-related items.
- Perform all duties associated with pest/mosquito/termite service professionals: customer consultations, inspections, and appropriate treatments.
- Document work activities and complete all necessary paperwork post-service.
- Demonstrate safe job performance and adherence to safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Experience in pest management, preferably in a residential context, with responsibilities related to coaching and developing frontline team members.
Must hold and maintain any required state licenses/certifications.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
