Position Summary:

Under general supervision, Customer Service Specialists deliver guidance and education to each client regarding their specific cannabis requirements.

These specialists assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best address their unique health conditions.

In markets where adult-use is permitted, Customer Service Specialists are expected to provide outstanding customer service while embodying the Company's core values and culture.

The Customer Service Specialist collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continually evolving.


Compensation: $17.00/Hr

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensures all intake forms and related documentation are accurately completed and filed, then enters all relevant information into company databases for future reference.
  • Verifies patient purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and dispensary.
  • Delivers exceptional Customer Service by fostering and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Responds to inquiries from customers seeking product information, training, and general assistance.
  • Manages patient records through the use of state and company databases.
  • Maintains and updates databases as necessary.
  • Handles fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Responsible for the promotion and sale of all products.
  • Builds and sustains a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of direct customer service experience required.
  • Retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Abilities Required:

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 50 pounds (or more with assistance). Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
