Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:
Under general supervision, Retail Operations Associates offer guidance and education to each customer regarding their individual cannabis needs.
Retail Operations Associates assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best address their specific health conditions.
In adult-use markets, Retail Operations Associates are expected to deliver exceptional customer service while embodying the Company's core values and culture.
The Retail Operations Associate collaborates closely with the management team to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continually evolving.
Compensation: $17.00/Hr
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensures all intake forms and necessary documentation are accurately completed and filed, subsequently entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.
- Verifies patient purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and dispensary.
- Delivers outstanding Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Responds to inquiries from customers seeking product information, training, and general assistance.
- Manages patient records utilizing state and company databases.
- Updates and maintains databases as required.
- Processes customer orders efficiently.
- Responsible for the promotion and sale of all products.
- Establishes and upholds a high level of integrity and trust regarding specific products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years of direct customer service experience is required.
- Retail experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
- Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Abilities Required:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 50 pounds (or more with assistance). Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
