Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in Standards and Specification and Ordinances inspection and enforcement, including lead or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
