About the Role:

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to skilled crafts working on the project, including form carpenters, concrete operations, ironworkers, and masons. The laborer will be responsible for preparing areas at job sites, cleaning up hazardous materials, and assisting with manual labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction machinery and equipment, strong mathematical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare areas at job sites for construction activities

• Clean up hazardous materials and debris

• Assist skilled crafts with manual labor tasks, including form carpenters, concrete operations, ironworkers, and masons

• Use power tools and machinery as needed

• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks

• Put up warning signs and cones for vehicles and pedestrians

• Help set up and transfer temporary structures

• Handle and transport materials and personnel

• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools

• Distribute site materials according to project plans and specifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Experience with construction machinery and equipment

• Strong mathematical reasoning skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders
