Job Summary

The TriCities Hospital is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to assume the role of Progressive Care Unit Clinical Coordinator. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all unit functions during designated shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to foster an environment of teamwork that promotes improved outcomes and exceptional service.
  • Support the development of employees through interviewing, selecting, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
Requirements
  • Nursing graduate with an RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing.
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse with demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management skills.
  • Possession of a valid registered professional nurse license in the state where employed.
  • Achievement of Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 60 days of employment start date and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range estimated at $84,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, life insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
