As a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator RN, you'll play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of our department's Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Program.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in quality improvement and project management. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing the continuum of care to ensure compliance with practice management guidelines, policies, and procedures. You'll also maintain our Trauma PI database, complete concurrent reviews of cases, and participate in hospital education programs for nurses and resident physicians caring for trauma patients.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or RN compact state license
  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Required 3+ years' experience in Nursing
  • Preferred 3+ years' experience in Trauma Nursing
