About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Progressive Care Unit team at TriCities Hospital.

This leadership position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
  • Operationalize current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • Required: Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing.
  • Required: One (1) year experience as RN with demonstrated proficiency leadership and management skills.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years' experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role.
  • Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, making it a competitive offer for skilled professionals in the field.
