Trauma Performance Improvement RN Lead

We're seeking a skilled Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator RN to join our team at TriCities Hospital. In this critical role, you'll work closely with trauma program leadership to coordinate all aspects of our department's Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, project management, and nursing. Responsibilities will include reviewing the continuum of care, maintaining our Trauma PI database, and participating in hospital education programs for nurses and resident physicians caring for trauma patients.
