Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Progressive Care Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a registered nurse and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required.

Salary: $85,000 per year.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and ensure that patients receive the highest level of service.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing.
  • One year of experience as a RN with demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role preferred.
