Sales Manager Job Description

TalentZök is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in San Antonio, TX. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching a team of Business Technology Advisors to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand services across the customer base.
  • Lead and develop a sales team to demonstrate customer-minded and consultative selling competencies.
  • Coach team members to leverage business, account planning, pipeline, and opportunity management to achieve objectives.
  • Responsible for driving results through new business development and expanding services across the customer base.
  • Hold Account Managers accountable to drive sales activities, achieving specific KPIs, and closing deals at the client level.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience selling products and services.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Managed Service background a plus.
  • Consultative / Sales experience.
  • Industry experience preferred.
