Job Overview

Blink Fitness is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team As a Moodlifter, you will be the face of our club, greeting members and guests with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage: Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Membership Sales: Tour potential members around the club, showcasing our facilities and services, and work towards signing them up for a membership.
  • Phone and Email: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and energetic manner, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Operational Procedures: Execute all opening and closing procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Member Support: Handle member requests and concerns with a sense of urgency, providing solutions and support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Club Maintenance: Maintain a spotless club, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking around the club to organize equipment and straighten up.
  • Training and Development: Sign members up for startup sessions with Blink Personal Trainers, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and punctual attendance, ensuring you are available to support our members and guests.
  • Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiasm and Energy: Be enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally, as well as remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, working hard to meet the needs of our members and guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Be a problem solver, able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual: Speak English and Spanish fluently, with the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse membership base.
