  • Collaborating with the SAP Super User & IT specialists to oversee the development and implementation of automated reporting capabilities.
  • Acting as a champion for Defence by helping to inform the design and delivery of Group Transformation initiatives.
  • Providing relevant and timely information to the Leadership Team on the progress of active projects, key decision points, and any emerging risks.
Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance with 5+ years of experience in Finance, or a Master's degree in Finance with 3+ years of experience in Finance, or a CPA, or a PhD/JD.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience within a Finance Management/Leadership role.
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
Preferred Requirements:

Professional financial and/or audit qualification preferably qualified accountant (CPA, MBA) is preferred. The role requires a seasoned and experienced Finance Manager, with a proven track record of delivering Finance Improvement Programs and strong SAP experience.
