Key Responsibilities- Partner with teams to map business and technical workflows and administration of Salesforce
- Responsible for moving user stories forward and validating functionality
- Support the analysis, training, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance needs of projects in alignment with university strategic goals and cultural values
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Administrative support staff for students to define Salesforce rules
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience in an administrator or business analyst capacity
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Salesforce Education Data Architecture and Student Success Hub
- Education or higher ed environment
- Salesforce Flow
- Salesforce Lightning platform
- TALEND or ETL tool familiarity
- Gearset or DevOps familiarity
- Familiarity with the academic advising process
- Project management platform experience: Jira, Smartsheets, Servicenow
$54-$57/hr. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
