Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining business processes and system alignment, translating business requirements into system definitions and solutions, and resolving system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, system integration, and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 4-7 years of directly related experience, and a strong working knowledge of data analysis and relational databases.
The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational and project management skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
