3D Imaging Specialist

Job Overview

UDR, Inc. and its affiliated entities are in search of a 3D Imaging Specialist to enhance our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with the scheduling, staging, capturing, cataloging, and uploading of 3D interactive walkthrough images of residential units within the designated area. This position allows for independent work and plays a crucial role in how UDR properties are presented to potential clients. The 3D imagery will serve multiple purposes, including marketing, advertising, and operational needs, with daily travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and capture 3D virtual walkthrough images using specialized equipment for selected UDR properties.
  • Manage the cataloging of virtual walkthroughs via the Matterport application and upload them to the cloud through a Wi-Fi connection.
  • Oversee a daily schedule of properties to photograph throughout the designated region.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic travel itinerary along with community logistics to effectively capture images of available properties.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with community staff.
  • Evaluate and prepare properties to meet UDR's standards for appealing presentations in virtual tours.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure all deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates on ongoing projects, including progress reports.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in creative 3D digital marketing and photography.
  • A minimum of 2 years in supporting or managing marketing projects.
  • Familiarity with Matterport technology and related applications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
  • A creative eye for photography and lighting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.

Education:

An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
