**Job Summary**

UDR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Matterport 3D Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D virtual tours of our apartment communities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and capture 3D virtual walk-through images with a Matterport camera for identified UDR apartments.
  • Manage and upload virtual tours to the cloud via a Wi-Fi connection.
  • Develop and manage a strategic travel schedule to effectively capture images for available apartment homes.
  • Collaborate with community staff to ensure seamless execution of virtual tour captures.
  • Prioritize schedule and workload to ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative 3D online digital marketing and photography.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting or project managing marketing team projects.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Matterport camera, app, and Onesite is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel is a strong preference.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • An eye for creativity in terms of photography and lighting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel.
