**Job Summary**

UDR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Matterport 3D Photographer to join our team in a dynamic role that combines creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours of our residential properties, showcasing their unique features and amenities to potential residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and capture 3D virtual walk-through images with a Matterport camera for identified UDR apartments within the region.
  • Manage and upload virtual tours to the cloud via a Wi-Fi connection, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage a strategic travel schedule to effectively and efficiently capture images for available apartment homes, while maintaining excellent relationships with community staff.
  • Assess, determine, and stage apartment homes to meet and/or exceed UDR's standards, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Prioritize schedule and workload to ensure deliverables are met or exceeded, providing weekly updates on current work requests.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative 3D online digital marketing and photography.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting or project managing marketing team projects.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Matterport camera, app, and Onesite is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel is a strong preference.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability and comfort doing repetitive tasks.
  • An eye for creativity in terms of photography and lighting.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle to travel within the area/region.
