Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled, enthusiastic, and committed CAD Drafter to enhance our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with producing intricate 3D models and engineering drawings utilizing state-of-the-art technology. This full-time, permanent role offers substantial opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and precise 3D models and engineering drawings that align with project specifications and standards.
- Employ Civil 3D and other drafting software to generate, modify, and oversee technical drawings and plans.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and team members to grasp project requirements and convert them into comprehensive technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance of all drawings and models with company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality assessments to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in drawings and models.
- Maintain a well-organized database of all drawings and models for easy access and retrieval.
- Support the development of project proposals and presentations by providing technical drawings and models.
- Engage in project meetings, offering insights and suggestions to enhance design efficiency.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge regarding the latest industry trends, tools, and drafting techniques.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the engineering sector.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, 3D Modeling, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, drafting principles, and methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a solid ability to visualize in 3D.
- Strong technical drawing capabilities with the proficiency to produce accurate and detailed models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- A proactive learner, eager to stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies.
