Leasing and Sales Executive

We are seeking a Leasing and Sales Executive to join our team at Residential ONE LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing and sales process for our clients, including:
- Listing and selling residential or commercial properties
- Negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Hosting open houses and other events
- Preparing market analysis to help determine property value
- Educating clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verifying and disclosing property facts to clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
