Leasing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at Quantum Real Estate Management LLC. As a key member of our residential management company, you will play a vital role in leasing apartments and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and place effective advertising campaigns to attract new residents.
  • Assist in implementing special promotions to drive sales and occupancy rates.
  • Conduct market surveys to analyze local competition and stay ahead of the market.
  • Prepare traffic reports to track leasing activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Leasing:

  • Build rapport with prospective residents and determine their needs and preferences.
  • Presentation and lease negotiations with prospects to secure new leases.
  • Foster strong relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets through effective sales and marketing techniques.

Administrative:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including applications, leases, and move-in/move-out procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of turnover reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collect late rent and other monthlies due in accordance with company policies.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in leasing or sales roles.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED.
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
