Responsibilities
Summary:
The Clinic Director at Team Rehabilitation offers a distinctive opportunity for a Physical Therapist seeking ownership in a clinic while benefiting from corporate support. This leadership position focuses on developing and expanding an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Success is driven by delivering outstanding physical therapy with measurable results. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient care and consistently exceed industry benchmarks.
Strategic Planning:
- Partnership Role: The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in clinic establishment, contributing to decisions regarding the Medical Director, clinic location, and layout.
- Oversee selection and procurement of clinic equipment, tailored to patient demographics and specialties.
- Ensure Quality of Care within the clinic, adopting a patient-centered approach to meet individual goals and objectives.
- In addition to standard Physical Therapist duties, the Clinic Director is responsible for hiring and managing the appropriate staff.
Marketing:
- Support marketing initiatives from representatives and other clinics, which are vital for both clinic and company success.
- Foster relationships with the medical director and key physicians to enhance Team's commitment to care and boost patient referrals.
- Participate in marketing events and community functions.
- Ensure the clinic positively impacts the community.
Financial and Operational Management:
- Maintain patient volume by overseeing scheduling and treatment processes that enhance patient experiences.
- Manage productivity by establishing clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
- Oversee the clinic budget to make informed financial decisions that support overall financial health.
- Monitor clinic expenses, including patient travel, office supplies, and medical supplies.
- Encourage a collaborative work environment, respecting and valuing diverse backgrounds.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations, staying updated on evolving healthcare laws and policies.
- Recognize that Team Rehab employees are our greatest asset, enforcing policies that maintain a safe and positive workplace.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic performance and profitability.
- Provide input on policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure all Team Rehabilitation clinics deliver the highest quality of care.
- Address patient feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Aspirations to own or manage a clinic
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with a history of exceptional patient care
- Commitment to ongoing education and training, with a desire to advance as a Physical Therapist
