Responsibilities

Summary:

The Clinic Director at Team Rehabilitation represents a distinctive opportunity for a Physical Therapist who desires ownership in a clinic while benefiting from corporate support. This leadership position primarily focuses on the development and growth of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Success hinges on delivering exceptional physical therapy with measurable results. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient care and consistently surpass industry benchmarks.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partnership Role: The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in clinic establishment, providing input on the Medical Director, clinic location, and layout.
  • Select and procure clinic equipment tailored to the patient demographic and specialties.
  • Oversee Quality of Care, ensuring a patient-centered approach that aligns with individual patient goals.
  • In addition to typical Physical Therapist duties, the Clinic Director is responsible for hiring and managing the appropriate staff.

Marketing:

  • Supporting marketing initiatives is vital for both clinic success and Team Rehabilitation's overall growth.
  • Foster relationships with the medical director and key physicians to enhance patient referrals.
  • Participate in marketing events and community functions.
  • Ensure the clinic positively impacts the local community.

Financial and Operational Management:

  • Maintain a full patient schedule by overseeing appointments and treatments to enhance patient experiences.
  • Manage productivity by establishing clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
  • Oversee the clinic budget to make informed financial decisions that support overall financial health.
  • Monitor clinic expenses, including patient travel and medical supplies.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, respecting and encouraging diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations, staying updated on changing laws and policies.
  • Recognize that Team Rehabilitation employees are our greatest asset and enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive workplace.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic performance and profitability.
  • Provide input on policies and procedures to ensure all clinics deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Address patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.


Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Aspiring to own or manage a clinic
  • 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of outstanding patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development as a Physical Therapist
