Responsibilities

Summary:

The Clinic Director at Team Rehabilitation represents a distinctive opportunity for a Physical Therapist seeking ownership in a clinic while benefiting from corporate support. This leadership position is primarily responsible for the development and growth of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Success hinges on delivering outstanding physical therapy with quantifiable results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient care and consistently surpass industry benchmarks.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partnership Role: The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in the clinic's establishment, providing insights on the Medical Director, clinic location, and layout.
  • Responsible for selecting and procuring clinic equipment tailored to the patient demographic and specialties.
  • Oversee the Quality of Care within the clinic, ensuring a patient-centered approach that aligns with individual patient goals.
  • In addition to standard Physical Therapist duties, the Clinic Director is tasked with hiring and managing the appropriate staff.

Marketing:

  • Support marketing initiatives from representatives and other clinics, which are vital for both clinic and organizational success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the medical director and key physicians to promote our commitment to care and enhance patient referrals.
  • Participate in marketing events and community functions.
  • Ensure the clinic positively impacts the local community.

Financial and Operational Management:

  • Ensure a steady patient flow by overseeing scheduling and treatment plans that enhance patient experiences.
  • Manage productivity by setting clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
  • Oversee the clinic budget to support its overall financial health.
  • Monitor clinic expenses, including patient travel and medical supplies.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that respects diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations, staying updated on changing laws and policies.
  • Recognize that Team Rehab employees are our greatest asset and enforce policies that maintain a safe and positive workplace.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance clinic performance and profitability.
  • Provide input on policies and strategies to ensure all Team Rehabilitation clinics deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Address patient feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.


Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Aspirations to own or manage a clinic
  • 5+ years of proven experience with a record of exceptional patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development as a Physical Therapist
