- Business development, including supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting the clinic's commitment to care.
- Financial and operational management, including managing productivity, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy.
- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
- Dedicated to education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist.
- Commitment to Team's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a priority.
As a Clinic Director with Team Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to own and run a clinic, while still receiving the support of a company. You will be passionate about patient care, and dedicated to providing exceptional therapy and service to our patients.
