Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to CPT and facility policies and procedures for therapy service delivery.
Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform necessary administrative tasks for the efficient operation of the rehabilitation department.
Build strong relationships with patients, their families, third-party payers, and other stakeholders involved in patient management.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program recognized by the APTA or equivalent.
Possess any required licenses or certifications to practice in the State of Illinois or State of Wisconsin.
Adhere to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
