Job Description
The RN Float Pool position at Riverview Health involves working in a variety of primary and specialty office environments, providing patient care and supporting physicians and advance practice providers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum: Associate of Science degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum: Previous patient care experience.
  • Preferred: One (1) year previous medical office experience in the office specialty area.

License/Certification Requirements
  • Registered Nurse license, in good standing, in the state of Indiana by date of hire or transfer into the position.
  • Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association).
