About the Role

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
  2. Lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient experience.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role.
  • Valid physician license to practice in the state of Indiana.
  • Controlled Substance Registry license in the state of Indiana.
  • DEA license.

Estimated Salary: $220,000 per year, based on experience.
