Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team at Waterford Place Health Campus. As a key member of our care team, you will create a warm and friendly environment where residents feel comfortable from admission through discharge.
You will advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure we go above and beyond for them every single day. This includes developing personalized care plans based on observation and expertise, administering medication, and maintaining meticulous records of every aspect of the care you provide.
If you have experience in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine, knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care, and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we'd love to chat.
