">Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Registered Nurse to join our team as part of the Float Pool. As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and exposure in various primary and specialty office environments. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and advance practice providers to prepare patients for examination, perform patient assessment and triage, and administer patient medication and perform diagnostic testing in the medical office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for physician examination by gathering patient assessment information, measuring and recording vital signs, and documenting the information accurately in patient charts.
  • Perform telephone triage, communicate and adjudicate physician/provider orders, and provide legible documentation of all actions taken to the patient's medical record.
  • Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, immunizations, and other special procedures while adhering to infection prevention principles.
  • Provide follow-up care for patients, including arranging diagnostic testing, specialist appointments, hospital admissions, and performing Quality Assurance functions.
  • Work collaboratively with the care delivery team to maintain waiting areas, examination rooms, back office area, equipment, and supplies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
