Job Title: Land Stewardship Administrative Aide

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Aide to support the Land Stewardship Division in Portland Parks & Recreation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Land Stewardship team, including data management, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with project logistics, including scheduling, training, and day-of execution.
  • Manage spreadsheet data to inform portable operations, such as installation, maintenance, and placement.
  • Coordinate with portable vendors and internal staff to assist with portable ordering, installment, maintenance, and placement feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience using technology tools for data management, including creating, editing, and analyzing geographic data.
  • Ability to manage and analyze community feedback using software, including triaging responses, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective communication with the public.
  • Knowledge of organizational tools and strategies.
  • Experience coordinating and supporting project logistics, from planning and scheduling to execution, including effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors or partners.
