The Apple Store Online Product Management team is in search of a committed Product Manager to define and execute Apple Affordability Program experiences tailored for the Apple Store Online.

Your role will involve enhancing the online store's offerings while collaborating with key business partners and engineering teams to broaden Apple Affordability initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will spearhead Apple Affordability programs (such as Financing with Upgrade and Trade-In experiences) across global markets, focusing on Apple's customer demographics, relevant finance/payment partners, and market-specific requirements.


You will work closely with global partners across various functions, including Commercial Programs, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Legal, and other product areas, to define and implement a comprehensive program experience and capabilities.


In this role, you will consistently lead with a customer experience perspective, making informed decisions, tracking progress against key performance indicators, and contributing to broader retail strategies, all while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and encourages curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management, particularly in e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in defining or enhancing customer experiences related to affordability programs, including trade-in, loyalty/upgrade, and financing initiatives.
  • Foundational knowledge of payment solutions (including BNPL and financing) and Trade-In or Upgrade programs.
  • Experience with global program expansions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage all organizational levels in key decision-making processes.
  • Ability to critically assess and debate significant issues to achieve optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Proficient decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Capability to simplify complex problems and present them in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to grasp technical matters beyond personal expertise and synthesize them for broader discussions.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700. Additionally, Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
