The Product Management team for the Apple Store Online is seeking a committed Product Manager to define and execute experiences related to Apple Affordability Programs.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing the offerings available in the online store and collaborating with essential business partners and engineering teams to broaden Apple Affordability initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:This position will oversee Apple Affordability programs (e.g., Financing, Upgrade, and Trade-In experiences) across global markets, tailored to Apple's diverse customer demographics, relevant financial partners, and specific market requirements.
You will work closely with global partners across various functions, including Commercial Programs, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Legal, to define and implement a comprehensive program experience and capabilities.
In this role, you will consistently approach decision-making through the lens of customer experience, establishing and monitoring progress toward key performance indicators and broader retail strategies, while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and encourages curiosity.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management, focusing on e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
- Experience in defining or enhancing customer experiences related to affordability programs, such as trade-in, loyalty/upgrade, and financing.
- Fundamental understanding of payment solutions, including Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and Trade-In or Upgrade programs.
- Experience with global program expansions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels to engage stakeholders in key decisions and keep them informed of progress.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Capability to simplify complex issues into easily understandable concepts.
- Ability to grasp technical matters outside of personal expertise and synthesize information for broader discussions.
- Thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Exemplifies Apple's values of inclusivity and diversity in daily activities.
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, determined within a specified range. This allows for growth and development within the role.
The base pay range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs, including eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
