- Customer Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
- Loan Origination: Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Risk Management: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Banking Products: Knowledge of banking products, including mortgages, and ability to recommend solutions to clients.
- Client Prospecting: Ability to prospect for new clients and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze customer financial information.
