Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and financial information to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify and register patients for upcoming appointments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
  • Collect and process patient payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in patient access or a related field.
  • Front desk dental experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
