Job Summary
iCare Health Solutions Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient interactions and efficient medical record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify medical insurance benefits and coordinate with patients regarding their coverage and medical provider programs.
- Assist in cross-training new personnel on front desk duties and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage medical records, including scanning, sending, and uploading verified documents to assigned locations.
- Verify and correct Primary Care Physician (PCP) and Marketing Plan fields.
- Experience navigating Electronic Medical Records and Outlook, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Ability to handle and diffuse patient complaints and disagreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
