Position Summary

The Housekeeping Runner plays a vital role within the Housekeeping department, assisting Housekeepers to ensure that guest accommodations and shared spaces are pristine, organized, and adequately supplied. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive outlook, exceptional customer service abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist housekeeping staff by delivering necessary supplies, disposing of waste, and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas.
  • Promptly and efficiently deliver requested items to guest rooms.
  • Welcome guests and address their inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Restock linen closets and other storage facilities.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Keep your work area tidy and organized.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and verify eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts is required.
