- 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and typing skills.
- Previous CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and processes.
- Bi-weekly bonuses.
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Weekends required, but weekdays flexible.
