A Logistics Operations Manager at White Cap will...

  • Establish standard and emergency operating procedures for the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of products and materials.
  • Plan, develop, and implement safety and security programs and initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Analyze work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to anticipate peak delivery periods and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff engaged in the receipt, storage, and shipment of products or materials.
  • Coordinate the pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, maintenance operations, and safety manuals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
  • This role requires the operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle, with such operation occurring more than 20% of the average work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift operation experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial products.
  • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.

Pay Range

$54,100.00-$82,200.00 Annual

In compliance with California law, we provide the salary range for advertised positions. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for the role. Individual base pay is influenced by various factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity.
