We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Underground Supervisor to join our team at North Sky Communications. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of project teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of projects and plans to support the organization's long-term strategy
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establishing administrative guidance on project execution and ensuring compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of progressive construction and/or telecommunications supervisor experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
  • Valid license; CDL Class A preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
  • Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
  • Own transportation, mileage driven on the job will be reimbursed
  • 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
