Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:
As a Store Manager at Princess Polly, you will be responsible for leading a passionate and skilled team to create world-class in-store customer experiences. You will be responsible for building brand loyalty, hosting influencer events, and driving sales through client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of 5+ team members and develop SOPs, Policy & Procedures
* Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records/reporting
* Effectively manage customer queries and complaints
* Oversee product sell through and maximize profitability
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
* Prepare promotional materials and displays
* Partner with other leaders to facilitate thoughtful and equitable onboarding for all new hires
* Complete performance reviews, coaching documentation, and corrective action notices as necessary
* Lead and collaborate on special projects to support the customer experience department and broader Princess Polly business

Requirements:

* 3+ years of leading a team of 5+ team members
* Experience developing SOPs, Policy & Procedures, building teams
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Motivated self-starter and self-sufficient
* Shopify POS experience or familiarity of Shopify preferred
* Microsoft Office experience preferred
* Ability to coach on and execute visual merchandising
* ADP experience or similar HRIS software and system experience is a plus

Salary Banding: 60K-115K
