Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lodge Manager to ensure seamless restaurant operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Coordinate the efforts of our food and beverage team, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and supervision.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and cost of sales, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our restaurant and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
  • Intermediate or better computer skills, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Serve Safe certification required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
