Job Title: On-Site Computer Support Specialist

The On-Site Computer Support Specialist is a critical role at Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, responsible for providing technical support to employees. This position requires a strong understanding of PC hardware and software configurations, as well as experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign, install, maintain, and configure computer hardware and software
  • Ensure the security of networks and systems
  • Provide guidance to users regarding operation of equipment, network administration, and troubleshooting user support issues
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products
  • Experience troubleshooting email related issues
  • Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Ability to multitask in order to complete responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to recognize IT issues and opportunities and determine the appropriate action required
  • Ability to use time effectively and efficiently
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure standards
