**Job Description:**
We're looking for a talented Head of Growth to join our team at Ramen Hero. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all growth activities with a strong sense of ownership – developing and executing growth strategies in the areas of customer acquisition and retention.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Lead a team from start-up to scale, preferably at a high-growth D2C company
- Develop a customer journey map to understand customers and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with our operations team to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
* Equity in Monfefo LLC
