About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Specialty Leasing to join our team at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE. As a key member of our 360 Sales Team, you will be responsible for leading our Specialty Leasing team and driving revenue growth through strategic direction, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to your team, focusing on individual career growth, succession planning, and team building.
  • Strategic Direction: Establish budgets and forecasts, spearhead revenue growth, and develop a customer journey strategy for Specialty Leasing.
  • Process Improvement: Work with your team to discuss, plan, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Business Development: Identify, interview, and hire talented individuals to bolster and grow the company.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, deliver, and present reports at C-Suite meetings, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Market Research: Develop a deep understanding of market and industry trends, demographics, and historical knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal partners and external clients, promoting the advantages of Westfield's assets and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience in the shopping center industry, with a proven track record of managing direct reports and driving revenue growth.
  • Education: Four-year college degree.
  • Skills: Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity, excellent written and oral presentation skills, and strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
