About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Claims Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Fleet Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for filing and managing claims related to accidents and damages involving Amazon's growing transportation fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review assigned claims and contact the insured and other affected individuals
  • Initiate documentation in the claim handling system and resolve claims
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain a healthy asset pool
  • Conduct thorough reviews of damages and determine the applicability of state law and other factors related to the claim
  • Evaluate the financial value of the equipment loss

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Intimate knowledge of US DOT/FMCSA regulations
  • 1+ years of claims experience
